With regard to access to the Swan Valley Nyungah Community. In light of the fact that the front gate of the Swan Valley Nyungah Community is only shut when there is a threat of unlawful incursions, and in light of the fact that the community is not fenced on three sides, and in light of the fact that people, including Government agency staff have always been observed coming and going freely -
(1) Will the Minister make clear his understanding of whether or not the Swan Valley Nyungah Community is a closed community and that the gates are locked to keep people in and out?
(2) What is his source of information in providing an answer to question (1)?
(3) Will the Minister make clear his understanding of whether or not Susan Taylor was a resident of the Swan Valley Nyungah Community?
(4) What is his source of information in providing an answer to question (3)?
