(a) At the commencement of the Infill Sewerage Program on 1 July 1994 there were approximately 287 targeted unsewered project areas throughout the Perth metropolitan district. There are currently about 55 targeted unsewered project areas remaining that are scheduled for completion by the 2008/09 year. These areas are mainly along the north west and south west coastal corridors.
(b) The Corporation in consultation with the Health Department of Western Australia, Department of Environmental Protection, the Ministry for Planning and the Swan River Trust.
