I refer to the Minister for Mines and Petroleum’s industry working group meeting of 12 December 2008 and two documents tabled at the meeting, referred to as immediate administrative measures and legislative amendments operational and administrative from the director general’s group. (1) Will the minister table these two documents? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) What aspects of these two documents have been implemented? (4) How many legislative changes are proposed in the legislative amendments operational and administrative document, attachment 2, and which agencies do they affect? Hon NORMAN MOORE
