DRUG-USE PARAPHERNALIA - BAN ON SALE
I refer to the sale of drug-use paraphernalia in Western Australia and a statement on page 217 of the “Statutory Review Cannabis Control Act 2003: Technical Report” that - The most appropriate mechanism to regulate the sale of cocaine kits would therefore probably involve amendment of the MDA. That is, the Misuse of Drugs Act. Does the minister intend to introduce legislation to ban the sale of cocaine kits and other drug-use paraphernalia? If yes, when? If not, why not? Hon SUE ELLERY
