I refer to all Boards that are under the responsibility of the Attorney General’s portfolio. Can the Attorney General please advise, -
(1) Who was on the Board as at 23 September 2008?
(2) For each member in (1), -
(a) when they were appointed; and
(b) when did their appointment cease?
(3) When were redundant members informed that they were not to be reappointed?
(4) Was the member informed in a timely manner?
(5) By whom was the member informed of the redundancy?
(6) Which of those redundant members received written notification that they would not be reappointed?
(7) How were the other redundant members notified?
(8) Who is on each Board as at 2 March 2010?
