(3) During December 2013 to June 2014 the Office of Auditor General conducted a review into the Licensing and Regulation of Psychiatric Hostels in Western Australia
. The report was tabled in Parliament on 25 June 2014. Recommendations from this report are currently being addressed by relevant agencies.
(4) This regulation is made under the Hospital and Health Services Act 1927, which is administered by the Minister for Health.
