(a) There are three land parcels identified 'urban expansion' in the Forrestfield area including one parcel (west of Roe Highway) of approximately 119 hectares (gross) and two parcels (east of Roe Highway) totalling approximately 126 hectares (gross).
(b-c) The parcels of land comprise of 196 Lots and the majority of these are owned by private landowners. Owners details and valuations are publically available from
Landgate.
