I refer to stakeholder consultation undertaken regarding the Environmental Protection Authority’s greenhouse gas emission guidelines, both withdrawn guidelines and consultation process, and I ask: (a) will the Premier please table details of any communication including correspondence, emails, letters, phone calls, briefing notes, diary appointments, meeting minutes, meeting dates and records of attendance regarding the guidelines with the following organisations: (i) Conservation Council of Western Australia; (ii) World Wildlife Fund; (iii) Environmental Consultants Association; and (iv) Environmental Defenders Office?

I responded to the call for certainty from WA industry after the release of the, now withdrawn, EPA Guidelines on Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
I tasked the Minister for Energy and the Minister for the Environment to undertake initial consultations with industry and environmental groups to develop a state emissions policy.
