Housing—Nimitz Estate, Exmouth
208. Mr David Bolt to
the Minister for Gascoyne:
I have a
supplementary question. The minister may choose not to answer this, but given
the critical need for additional housing not just in Exmouth but right across regional
Western Australia, why has it taken the state government so long to release
this land in Exmouth?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the member for the question. Again, I am not
the relevant minister for the release of lands, particularly with the
member's reference to the whole of regional Western Australia. I am not the Minister
for Planning and Lands or the Minister for Regional Development.
The Speaker: Thank you, minister. That concludes
question time.
