(1) As at 14 September 2010 there were 10 incidents reported on the Department of Education's online incident notification system involving prohibited or controlled weapons in senior high schools.
In addition, as at 14 September 2010 there was one incident at a high school and one incident at a senior college involving prohibited or controlled weapons.
(2) As at 14 September 2010 there were two incidents involving prohibited or controlled weapons in primary schools.
(3) As at 14 September 2010 there was one incident involving prohibited or controlled weapons in a district high school.
(4) All incidents were reported to Western Australian Police.
