(1) No
(2) Not applicable
(3) The new grain export facility at Bunbury was not considered to be a prescribed activity requiring regulation under the licence for the Bunbury Port Authority. The Department of Environment Regulation (DER) is currently reviewing whether grain loading should continue to be excluded from regulation under the
Environmental Protection Act 1986
.
(4) DER will inspect the dust management systems of the grain operations at the Bunbury Port when the next shipment is expected, in mid-October 2014. Following that inspection, DER will assess the adequacy of dust management at the Port.
