The Department of Education advises:
(a) There are 3 incident categories in the Online Incident Notification System (OINS), (behavioural, disruption to school routine, and accident or death) with notifications for a wide range of incidents and examples.
(b) 11,742
(c) The Online Incident Notification System (OINS) was established as a notification system, not a public reporting system. The Member has requested a significant amount of data. The information requested is not readily available and collecting it would divert staff away from their normal duties, and it is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of government resources.
(d) (i) 13,042
(ii) 11,453
(iii)11,941
