I refer to the survey released in January 2010 by the Small Business Development Corporation, that showed most small and medium enterprises did not believe there will be a skills shortage later this year, and ask -
(1) Does the Minister believe there will be a skills shortage later this year?
(2) If no to (1), will the Minister produce data to back up this belief?
(3) If yes to (1), why has the Minister failed to fast track the production of his workforce development plan?
