For board members of a State Government Board, Commission or Government Trading Enterprise (GTE) board within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities: (a) Please provide the following details for Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) members: (i) Name; (ii) Board; (iii) Board position; (iv) Date of completion of AICD course; and (v) Whether they successfully passed the AICD examination; and (b) Please provide the following details for non-AICD members: (i) Name; (ii) Board; (iii) Board position; and (iv) Are they currently working towards completing the AICD course?

(a-b) The Department of the Premier and Cabinet maintains the Boards and Committees Register on the OnBoardWA website. The register is updated daily and includes a list of WA Government boards and committees, the responsible Minister and portfolio, and the scope of the board. The membership of boards and committees is included in agency annual reports, tabled in Parliament. Completion of, or enrolment of, an Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) course is not recorded centrally.
