I refer to the media statement ''Murdoch
medihotel development planned to open early 2023''.
(1) Under the
contract with the Aegis Aged Care Group, what are the annual capital and
operating costs to the state, together with any other financial obligations?
(2) Are there any
minimum payments under the contract, regardless of the services delivered; and,
if so, what are the minimum payment obligations to the state under the
contract?
(3) What services will be delivered
under the contract?
(4) What is the length of the
contract?
(5) Will the minister table the
contract and/or business case; and, if not, why not?
