I refer to the media statement, 'Contractors appointed for grain rail lines recommission study' on 25 May 2023, and I ask: (a) when was the Narrogin-Kulin-Wickepin Tier 3 Recommissioning Study completed; (b) in reference to (a), has a copy been made public; (c) if no to (b), why not; (d) have the first stage of works began; (e) if yes to (d), what works have been undertaken; (f) how much of the $72 million has been spent; and (g) in reference to (f), could a detailed breakdown of this spending be provided?
