Restraining Orders Act 1997
, in particular how many 24 hour and how many 72 hour orders were made, in the years -
(a) 2007;
(b) 2008;
(c) 2009;
(d) 2010; and
(e) to date in 2011?
(3) Of those listed in each year in (2), how many related to children being exposed to domestic or family violence?
(4) How many applications and/or orders were made pursuant to section 11B of the
Restraining Orders Act 1997
in the years -
(a) 2007;
(b) 2008;
(c) 2009;
(d) 2010; and
(e) to date in 2011?
(5) Has section 13(1)(aa) of the
Restraining Orders Act 1997
ever been invoked or used?
(6) If yes to (5), on how many occasions and when?
