(2) Did the department refer Dharmic Pty Ltd’s application to the Commissioner of Police under section 62A and 62B of the Industrial Hemp Act 2004, given the dispute concerning the legality of Dharmic’s application for a licence; and, if not, why not? (3) Why did the department not establish whether Dharmic had provided false or misleading information as per section 28(1)(a) and (1)(b) of the Industrial Hemp Act 2004?
