(4) Which community organisations will be partnering with the Government to facilitate the delivery of human services?
(5) Will the community organisations have the use of the Government’s purchasing power to optimise outcomes in procurement?
(6) When will the decision be made on who will be the independent chair of the Partnership Forum and who will make that decision?
(7) Who will be in charge of the small central secretariat?
(8) How many people (or FTEs) will be employed in the central secretariat?
