(3) What action has been taken to ensure Landcorp acts in an open, transparent, equitable and accountable manner in its dealing with licensed real estate agents?
(4) Has this matter been brought to the attention of the Landcorp board?
(5) If so, which internal board committee has the governance responsibility covering the issues raised in the complainant’s letter?

(2) Mr Baldwin made a complaint to the Authority and former Minister for Lands following an unsuccessful tender bid by his company for real estate agency work in December 2000. His claims were found to be without basis following an independent audit. More recently, and in order to ensure a fully constructive approach between the appointed agent and LandCorp, Mr Baldwin’s company was excluded from another tender on the same project. However, he has been invited to tender on other LandCorp projects. (3) All consultant appointments, including real estate agents, are made using an open and accountable tender system. (4) Yes (5) Board Land Committee (6) The Western Australian Land Authority Board has indicated it is satisfied with the procedures and processes adopted by LandCorp.
