refer to the joint venture deed College Grove, Bunbury bushland that formed part
of the Woodcrest Rise development, and was identified for inclusion in the Ocean
to Preston Regional Park, and I ask: (a) who is the registered
title holder (owner) of the land; (b) has the land been
included in the Ocean to Preston Regional Park; and (c) if no to (b), what is the
reason for the delay in adding the land to the Ocean to Preston Regional Park? (2) What
is the current status of the land swap agreement under the joint venture deed
College Grove, Bunbury, between the State of Western Australia and the City of
Bunbury?
