(1) I advised the voluntary administrators of Port Kennedy Resorts Pty Ltd, Hall Chadwick, on 12 April 2001 that the State is prepared to consider submissions from the administrator with a view to an assignment of the project pursuant to clause 24A of the Port Kennedy Development Project Agreement. (2) If the administrators fail to provide the Minister with an acceptable proposal for assignment, the Minister will consider the State’s position under either clauses 24 or 24A of the agreement. (3) Yes.
