I refer to your answer to my question without notice on 20 October 2022, in which you informed the House that none of the charges laid against the four alleged offenders who are currently at the same school as their victims, have resulted in a conviction, and I ask: (a) since the commencement of the protocol, has the Department ever been informed that a charge laid against a student has resulted in a conviction; and (b) if yes to (a), on how many occasions has this occured?
