(a)-(c) The requirement for the Toodyay Bypass is largely dependent upon whether Agricultural Lime Sand will be carried on Lime Route 1. A review of Routes 1 and 2 is about to be undertaken and is expected to be completed by mid 2002. It is appropriate that the requirement for the Toodyay Bypass and future funding arrangements is determined in light of the outcomes of the review.
