I thank the member for some notice of this question. The minister has provided the following response - The Western Australia Police Service advises - (1) Police and St John Ambulance attended a traffic crash outside Quinns Baptist College on Friday, 20 August 2004, and the child was taken to hospital with leg injuries. (2) A children’s crossing has been operating on Anchorage Drive near Salerno Drive in Mindarie since Monday, 23 August 2004, which is outside the Quinns Baptist College. The original application came from the Peter Moyes Anglican Community School, which is on the opposite side of Salerno Drive, but the crossing addresses the needs of both schools.
