(3) and (4) The 2.4 metre strip of land abutting No 307 Canning Highway is unavailable for purchase at this time because it forms part of the existing Canning Highway road reserve and Metropolitan Region Scheme "Primary Regional Road" reservation, which is subject to the current planning review.
