I refer to the operations of the Public Sector Commission (PSC) and the handling of complaints from members of the public, and I ask: (a) what internal benchmarks and quality assurance measures does the PSC use to assess the integrity of its complaint handling process; (b) are complainants given the opportunity to respond to the PSC’s assessment or preliminary findings before a matter is closed; and (c) if no to (b), why not?

a) Complaints are assessed and responded to in accordance with the Public Sector Commission Customer Service Charter.
