I refer to the Auditor General Report 16 'Fraud Risks in Land Transactions by Development WA' (28 May 2025), and I ask: (a) has the Minister been provided a list of all the properties which have been reported as case studies in the report and which formed the basis of many findings; (b) if yes to (a), can they be provided; (c) if no to (b), why not when it is vital the Minister takes control of his agency given the dire situation; and (d) when was the Minister first advised of an investigation by the auditor general into poor practices of Development WA?

(a – b)  Yes, the specific properties referenced in the case studies are Lot 9000 Kununurra, Lot 307 Wedgefield, Lots 10 and 11 Hyden. These lots had sat on the market for 11 years, 13 years, and 8 years respectively, and have now generated private investment and stimulated local economies as a result of their sale under the Regional Land Booster program.
