In relation to the 30 November 2009 Key Date entry referred to in the report by the Public Sector Commissioner on 18 January 2010 regarding the conflict of interest at Tourism Western Australia (Tourism WA) with the One Movement funding, I ask:
(a) when did the Minister and her office become aware that Saskia Doherty would recommence employment at Tourism Western Australia; and
(b) when did Tourism Western Australia inform the Minister that Saskia Doherty would recommence employment at Tourism Western Australia?
