for Housing:
I refer to
Homeswest housing maintenance from 1 July 2010 to 31 March 2012.
(1) On how
many occasions during that period has a contractor or subcontractor been flown
to a site to perform maintenance or refurbishment of a Homeswest property?
(2) To which
sites, and how many times for each site, have contractors or subcontractors
been flown to perform maintenance or refurbishment of a Homeswest
property?
(3) What is
the total cost to the Department of Housing for that period for travel claims
resulting from flying contractors to non-metropolitan locations to complete
maintenance or refurbishment of Homeswest properties?
(4) How many
times has a contractor or subcontractor had to fly to a site more than once to
complete the same job order?
