I refer to the Project Business Case Evaluation Summary for the Morley-Ellenbrook rail line by Infrastructure Australia, which states that the total cost of the project is $2.12 billion, and I ask: (a) What is the breakdown of the project cost by: (i) Capital expenditure for rail; (ii) Capital expenditure for new stations; (iii) Capital expenditure for upgraded Bayswater Station; (iv) Rolling stock; (v) Maintenance; (vi) Recurrent costs; and (vii) Other?
