(2) Synergy conducts the Organisational Effectiveness Profile (OEP) to monitor and track organisational performance. The OEP is conducted via online means on a half yearly basis at a cost of $19,200 per year. Synergy also tracks the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to monitor customer standing on an ongoing basis as part of interactions with customers at a cost of $115,000. Synergy also measures brand awareness and campaign effectiveness via an online panel on an ongoing basis at a cost of $78,000 per year.
