CLIMATE CHANGE — ACTION PLAN
220. Hon Dr BRAD PETTITT to the minister representing the
Minister for Climate Action:
I refer to the 2020 Western Australian
climate policy and to the section headed ''Climate Resilience Action
Plan 2022–25'' on page 34,
which assigns the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation as the lead
agency to —
Develop a coordinated, collaborative
plan to support Western Australian industries, cities and regions to identify
and manage climate impacts and enhance climate resilience.
(1) Is the
climate resilience action plan 2022–25 complete; and, if so, could the
minister please table the action plan?
(2) If not, given
we are already in March 2022, when is the action plan for 2022–25
expected to be completed and published?
