I refer to the $1.7 billion of measures introduced by the
State Government in response to COVID-19, and in particular
the doubling of the Energy Assistance payment to households expected to cost
$116 million, and I ask: (a) How much of the $116 million has been accessed
by households to date; (b) How much has been accessed in Metropolitan Perth and in
regional areas? Please provide breakdowns according to Development Commission regions; and (c) If the full amount has not been accessed, can
households still apply for the Energy Assistance payment, and if yes what is
the cut-off date?
