A parliamentary question seeks information on State Agreements with ALCOA and South32, specifically regarding agreement details, regulatory compliance exemptions, and contributions to the Mining Rehabilitation Fund. The response indicates that agreement details are publicly available, no agreements have end dates, no regulatory compliance summaries exist, and no contributions to the Mining Rehabilitation Fund are required for mining leases under these agreements.
