I refer to the $120 million savings
per annum from 2015–16 that the Treasurer has anticipated from his
targeted voluntary separation scheme, announced at the time of the 2014–15
midyear review.
(1) When will the agency budgets be
adjusted to reflect these savings?
(2) Given the
target of 1 500 targeted redundancies as at the midyear review, what is the
anticipated number of redundancies?
(3) What is the anticipated number
of redundancies per agency?

Fiscal Outlook— budget paper No 3—the savings will be
incorporated in agencies' budgets upon finalisation of the targeted
voluntary separation scheme after 30 June 2015.
(2) It is 1 500.
(3) The
agency-level separation targets have not been revised since publication in the
2014–15 midyear review.
