I refer to Question on Notice 2411, and the Minister’s advice that he was investigating an amendment to the
Health (Poultry Manure) Regulations 2001
in order to implement the ban on the use of raw poultry manure, and I ask -
(1) Has an amendment been drafted?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1),
(a) when do you anticipate it will come into force;
(b) please table a copy of the amendment; and
(c) if no to 3(b), why not?
