The development of the Governance and Leadership Development Program business case and Cabinet submission is being progressed by the Department of Regional Development.
Consultations are continuing with members of the Aboriginal Affairs Coordinating Committee and the Western Australian Aboriginal Advisory Council to finalise documents to be provided to Cabinet as soon as possible.
No monies have been spent on this program to date.  Allocated Royalties for Regions funding cannot be released for expenditure until the business case is approved by Cabinet.
