(1) The chairperson of the Child Development Service Reference Group is the director of the Health Reform Implementation Taskforce, Mr Michael Pervan. (2) The names and designations of the members of the Child Development Service Reference Group are listed in my copy of the answer. After I have provided the rest of the answer, I will table the list and seek leave for it to be incorporated into Hansard .
