I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment, which assessed program deliverability and commercial risk exposure, and I ask: (a) have all land parcels required for the project been acquired by the State Government; and (b) if no to (a): (i) which parcels are not owned by the State; (ii) who owns them; (iii) what is the current market value of each parcel; and (iv) what is the estimated acquisition cost?
