Minister for Transport:
I refer to question without notice 1099 that I asked on
Thursday, 26 September 2019.
(1) Has the
Public Transport Authority now received advice on the legality, probity and
confidentiality issues around the release of the Volvo contract?
(2) If yes to (1), will the minister table the contract; and,
if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1), when does the
minister expect to be in a position to table the contract?
