(2) Agencies and departments make every effort to pay its creditors on time. All invoices that are approved for payment are paid in accordance with the terms of payment agreed with the supplier, which is usually 30 days. However, there are circumstances where this is not possible, as invoices may not have been issued on a timely basis, be disputed or require conditions to be met.
