14. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Education:
I refer to the answer on 12 October
2023 to my question without notice 1233, which advised the house that as at the
start of term 4, three alleged or convicted offenders were attending the same

(1) As at the start of term 1, are
these three offenders still at the same school as their victims?
(2) If yes to (1), for how many
terms has this been the case?
(3) What is the
current total number of alleged or convicted offenders who are attending the
same public school as their victims?
(4) For the
calendar year 2023, how many police notifications did the department receive
under the protocol to manage safety arrangements for school students?
