(a)-(b) The Government will save taxpayers approximately $1.6 million over four years by re-locating two ministerial suites to Dumas House. The financial savings are generated primarily by discontinuing the ministerial office lease at London House. Additional benefits of the relocation include improved efficiency in communication and coordination between Ministers as all will be located within one building.
