a. - f. These questions should be referred to the Commonwealth Government. The Kariyarra Mugarinya Property Joint Venture Pty Ltd is a private company and is incorporated under the Commonwealth
Corporations Act 2001
which is managed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
g. No.
h. Not applicable.
i. Aboriginal organisations do not have to be incorporated with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. Aboriginal corporations can either incorporate with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations, under their state or territory Associations legislation, or as is the case with Kariyarra Mugariya Property Joint Venture Pty Ltd, with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission under the
Corporations Act 2001
.
