Wyndham District High School — year 11 and 12 courses
I have a supplementary question. Has it occurred to the minister that her muddle-headed plan is not cost effective and is resulting in Aboriginal and other children dropping out of education and therefore getting no education at all? Dr E. CONSTABLE

It needs to be said that every student involved in years 11 and 12 in a district high school attracts the full funding of years 11 and 12 students.
