Local Government Act 1995
in Town Planning Scheme Amendment No. 29 - proposed realignment of a portion of the Eastern Bypass Road?
(2) If so, can the Minister indicate on what date it was received?
(3) Can the Minister advise whether there has been any breaches of the
Local Government Act 1995
with respect to the particular councillors mentioned in the letter and the evidence so far presented?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) Will the Minister’s office be making personal contact with the complainants, to enable them to provide further documented evidence and verbal explanations to support the concerns of where certain councillors have allegedly not declared certain interests and breached the
Local Government Act 1995
