(1)-(2) The meeting was planned; however, as a result of the unavailability of the interim chair, the meeting has been rescheduled for the first week in December. (3)-(4) The report has not yet been provided to me by the Department of Environment and Conservation. (5)-(6) The 2006-07 and 2007-08 reports are currently being finalised, and the department has advised that they will be available in early 2010.
