today, is it not true that he has learnt nothing from the past five years and
does not care or understand about the future of WA's finances?

We do not care about the people in this state? We do not care
about state finances? Look at the hospital in Midland. Look at the investment
in schools. Look at the $604 million we gave to the most disadvantaged people
in this state for the not-for-profit sector. I could go on and on. This has
been a government of great achievement on economic and social development,
health, education and the revitalisation of the city. All members opposite did
was complete Richard CourtXXX ###XXXs railway!
