(1) As at 31 March 2013 - $1,742.6 million (excluding GST).  This is an accrued cost including the capital costs of constructing the hospital, payments to Serco under the facilities management contract, the costs of commissioning of the hospital and of equipment leasing.
(2) As of 31 March 2013 - $106.9 million (excluding GST).  This includes payments for pre-operations, procuring equipment and the delivery of Information Communications Technology.
(3) As of 31 March 2013 - the savings accrued at Fiona Stanley Hospital, as a result of the contractual arrangement with Serco to provide services, cannot be determined until the Hospital is operational.
